We were one of the first agencies in the State to offer seminars and written guidance on Michigan Public Acts (P.A.) 54 and P.A. 152 (aka Senate Bill 7) which were passed in 2011.

For example, our research and understanding of new laws launched our Retiree Drug Subsidy (RDS) and Early Retiree Reinsurance Program (ERRP) Subsidy recovery business.
