As the Program Director, Jennifer is ultimately responsible for leading the team, meeting deadlines, and supporting clients with the completion of all tasks related to their RDS applications and reopenings. Jennifer came to RDS Services with experience in project management, grant administration, and market research.  Jennifer has worked with government funded programs for over 15 years. She earned her B.A. degree in Marketing from Michigan State University.

Jennifer has taken many memorable trips and had the incredible fortune to witness Swan Lake performed by the Russian Ballet, kayak amidst Montenegro’s stunning landscape, and to snorkel in the icy waters between the tectonic plates of Iceland. These diverse experiences have truly enriched her perspective on the world, and she’s eager to continue traveling and discovering new adventures.
